Group Fitness Classes
Ys offer classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving. Active Older Adults
The Y offers programs and activities specifically for Active Older Adults (AOA). Senior members can participate in a variety of healthy and fun activities that gives them the opportunity to meet and interact with other members at the Y. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a FREE 12-week small group program designed for adult cancer survivors wanting to regain health as they become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from treatment and/or disease. This program includes:
- FREE 12-week YMCA Family Membership
- Two 75-minute classes per week
- Full access to the YMCA seven days per week
- Free drop-off Child watch
