Age Requirements

Under age 13 cannot be alone in the building.

Wellness Center and Group Exercise Classes:
Age 10-12 with an adult. Under age 10 cannot go in these areas.

Pool:
Lap swim is age 16+

We allow parents to sit on the pool deck for those children who can pass a swim test. If the child  needs a floatation device, then they need an adult in the pool with them, no matter what the child’s age.

We have a swim test for those who want to swim in the deep end of the pool and another swim test for those who want to swim in the shallow end of the pool. Swim tests are conducted without the aid of a floatation device and without goggles. If the child does not want to take a swim test then they must stay in the shallow end and if the water level is above their underarms at the deepest part of the shallow end then they must wear a lifejacket and have an adult in the shallow end with them.

Anyone age 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent who is responsible for their supervision during family swim.
