“The new 10,000-square-foot health and wellness facility will have fitness equipment such as weights, a group exercise room, a cycling room, programming for teenagers and seniors, a community room for meetings, a Child Watch area that will offer what Henderson called “enrichment programs” for young children while their parents or guardians use the facility, and Personal Training and Specialty Programs (getting people ready for surgery, for example, or creating a family exercise program).”
